Delete account and data
Email mathisennr1@gmail.com from the address you use for Weekzet with the subject “Delete Weekzet account”. You do not need the app installed. We verify account ownership before deletion; we never ask for your password or sign-in code.
What is deleted
The request covers your sign-in account, memberships, private entries, personal reminders, notification settings and device notification address. We also review personal data in shared family content. Tell us if you want specific data deleted without deleting your whole account.
Shared content and processing
Other family members’ accounts are not deleted. Shared content may need to remain without your account association; we clarify this with you. We normally respond within 30 days. If anything must be retained, we explain what, why and for how long. Completed deletion cannot be undone.
